Need to know if your local Fifth Third Bank branch is open or closed on a certain holiday?
All Fifth Third Bank locations in the United States will be closed on the below dates in 2023.
When a fixed-date holiday falls on a Sunday, such as Christmas Day in 2023, the holiday is instead observed the following Monday. Some locations will observe Saturday holidays on the previous Friday.
Holidays which are not listed, such as Lincoln’s Birthday, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, St. Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Election Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve, are normal banking business days unless, of course, the day falls on a Sunday. Call your Fifth Third Bank branch to confirm their hours, as some bank branches may close early for the holiday.
If you are initiating a bank transaction close to a holiday, make sure to allow for an extra day or two for processing. Also, checks deposited using a Fifth Third Bank ATM on a holiday will be considered to be received the next business day.
